Youth Outreach — semester rhythm and campus challenges

Semester planning (college)
- Weeks 1–2: org fair / tabling map; Social publishes one authentic “why we’re here.”
- Weeks 3–6: first VR table + one listening coffee; identify student captains.
- Midterms window: lighten programming; maintain P5 check-ins.
- Weeks 10–14: second VR push; GOTV precursor training with HQ dates.
High school guardrails
- Parent / guardian awareness per district policy.
- No pressure tactics; prioritize library and club pathways over hallway chaos.
- Partner with trusted adults (librarians, sponsors).
Campus challenge playbooks (honest scoring)
- Cross-campus recruitment week: two campuses trade peer invites — scoreboard = meaningful convos logged, not spam texts.
- Service-to-civic bridge: one service day → one VR or
/volunteerask with soft opt-out. - County Clerk visit (team): contacted → scheduled → completed with professional tone — ties Youth to Events.
KPI targets (adjust per school)
- Beginner: 1 campus event / month with named student owner.
- Intermediate: VR table twice / semester + 20 honest assists tracked.
- Advanced: Second campus launch pipeline with upstream approval.
What good looks like
Students can run the table without Kelly in the room — that’s multiplication.
