Weekend Community Immersion — repeatable system
Definition: Across one weekend, run 4–5 small ~45 minute home meet-and-greets in distinct neighborhoods or social circles, anchored by a larger local moment (fair, game, festival, county party activity, big community event).
Why this works
- Density creates momentum for volunteers and surrogates.
- Short home touches lower intimidation vs. one giant hall.
- You collect multiple relational entry points for precinct and P5 growth.
Ideal architecture
- Anchor event — something already on the community calendar (or campaign appearance).
- Neighbor gathers — timed before or after the anchor so travel is sane.
- Clergy or coffee — one high-touch touch if earned (see Faith playbook).
- Debrief block Sunday evening or Monday (15 minutes live or async).

T-14 days
- Lock anchor attendance or booth/staging plan.
- Recruit 4–5 hosts with geographic spread; no accidental redundancy.
- Assign Events + Social split: logistics vs. promotion.
T-7 days
- Personal invites out; RSVP caps per home to protect comfort.
- Parking plan per address; notify neighbors if density is high.
- Brief Kelly/surrogate on names likely in each room.
T-1 day
- Confirm snacks, water, kid expectations per host.
- Comms: one bundle text to volunteers with times + addresses (privacy-aware).
Day-of discipline
- Start/end on time — respect child and faith schedules.
- One notetaker captures asks and volunteer pledges (no sensitive voter data in open notes).
- Photo policy repeated at each home.
KPI anchors
- Home gathers completed / planned.
- New volunteers identified per weekend.
- P5 invitations sent from each coordinator within 48h after.
