Three roles — operational summary

Events coordinator

Outcome: people gather in real life (or tightly facilitated virtual rooms) in ways that recruit, train, and retain volunteers.

Weekly core: confirm run-of-show, assignments, follow-up plan.

Social media coordinator

Outcome: disciplined digital presence that recruits and informs — without chasing trends that dilute message control.

Weekly core: ship kit localization, capture proof-of-work, amplify locals.

Power of 5 / relational coordinator

Outcome: compounding trust through intentional conversation and structured follow-up.

Weekly core: train, debrief, ensure lists don’t rot on paper.

Lane boundaries (non-negotiable)

  • Events does not silently become “random ops” for relational follow-up.
  • Social does not improvise sensitive claims to win an argument thread.
  • Relational does not hoard information — escalate conflicts of fact to HQ.
