Campaign coordinator — coaching & accountability

The campaign coordinator is not a fourth overloaded lane — they coach the triad and align metrics.

Core functions

  1. Coaching: help coordinators run clean huddles, recruit replacements, and de-escalate conflict.
  2. Accountability: ensure commitments have owners; track follow-through without micromanaging tone.
  3. Metrics support: make numbers honest and lightweight; remove vanity dashboards.

Standard support touches

Weekly (15–30 minutes per triad)

  • Read huddle notes.
  • Remove blockers that require HQ (tools, legal, approvals).
  • Pick one growth intervention (train a host, split a geography, tune messaging).

Monthly

  • Review fractal map: coverage gaps vs duplicate teams.
  • Celebrate lane excellence publicly; coach lane drift privately.

Escalation ladder (template)

  1. Lane coordinator attempts local resolution.
  2. Triad decision in huddle with documented owner.
  3. Campaign coordinator engages HQ for anything risky or unclear.

What coordinators should never do alone

  • Legal claims, process assertions, or confrontations with institutional opponents.
  • Volunteer HR-style conversations without a second person / policy where required.

Success looks like

Coordinators say: “We know our lane, our geography, and our weekly plan.”
