Community region leadership — training scaffold

For identity- and community-native dashboards (Muslim Community Region, Spanish, Marshallese, county party shells) — same triad discipline, partner-shaped titles.

Shared operating rules

  • Lane boundaries hold: Events still runs logistics; Social still vets claims; P5 / VR still protects relational integrity.
  • Partner review gates public copy until leadership says “live.”
  • Escalate media or legal heat up, not sideways to other communities.

Leadership training path (30-60-90)

30 days — orientation

  • Read Self-Building Team System.
  • Walk each dashboard tab once — note where your community needs different labels.
  • Schedule one upstream huddle with campaign coordinator.

60 days — execution

  • Run one full event lifecycle (plan → invite → debrief) with Events playbook support.
  • Publish one responsible social story with Social approval.
  • Coach one downstream triad or precinct cell.

90 days — multiplication

  • Hand off a documented rhythm (monthly meeting, youth lane, women’s lane) to a deputy.
  • Submit KPI rollup honestly — gaps are data, not shame.

What good looks like

Partners see their fingerprints on materials — not a generic statewide mail merge with a new banner.

  • /dashboard/community/muslim — draft region shell (partner review).
  • /dashboard/community/county-democrats — county party organizing OS.
  • /volunteer/resources/events-lane — events depth applicable to all regions.
