Power of 5 / relational coordinator — lane guide
Mission
Turn relationships into durable organizing capacity — not one-night guilting.
Weekly responsibilities
- Train volunteers on conversation structure and boundaries.
- Ensure lists move from “names” → dated follow-ups.
- Recruit new relational anchors continuously.
Relational standards
- Consent-based contact; respect “no” and “not now”.
- Accurate representation of how to get involved — no improvising complex rules.
Coaching pattern (10 minutes in huddle)
- Name one win and one lesson from the week.
- Pick one script to practice live for 3 minutes.
Metrics you own
- Relational touches completed vs target (define conservative targets locally).
- New volunteer leaders discovered via relationships.
- Follow-up SLA (e.g., 72-hour close rate).
