Ballots, Blue Jeans & BBQ — featuring Gov. Andy Beshear

The **Democratic Party of Arkansas** is reviving the **Clinton Dinner** (the old Jefferson–Jackson Dinner) as **Ballots, Blue Jeans & BBQ** on **Thursday, October 1**. Chair Marcus Jones says the night is meant to rally Democrats to the ballot box, keep the dress code casual, and serve Arkansas BBQ. **Dinner starts at 6:30 p.m.** at **The Venue at Westwind**, **7318 Windsong Drive, North Little Rock**. Kentucky Governor **Andy Beshear** is the featured guest. The party will highlight candidates through the evening and has a blues singer. A tasting bar from Delta Dirt Distillery is still being worked out and is **not confirmed**. This is a **state party** fundraiser. The earlier flyer said it is paid for by the Democratic Party of Arkansas and **not authorized by any candidate or committee**. Every dollar raised supports Democrats up and down the ballot. **Tickets are $150.** Sponsorships start at **$400** and go up through a table for ten, a full-page program ad, and name on the signage.
